Next, While your grill is preheating, apply a dry rub of your choice. Marinading, if you prefer, can be done a couple of hours before grilling. Your steaks that you are going to grill, should be taken out of the refrigerator at least 1/2 hour before cooking. They will cook faster and more evenly if at room temperature.
Cooking Grilled Steak Tips
Using a vegetable oil, lightly oil the grilling rack before placing those steaks on the grill. This will prevent the meat from tearing when you turn it. With the lid closed, grill on the highest heat for about 3 minutes per side. Searing your steaks first helps seal the juices inside.
